- Performs email communications, including research, drafting, audience segmentation, formatting, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Schedules and manages social media content in alignment with the editorial calendar and campaign priorities.
- Coordinates implementation of community outreach and engagement activities, including materials preparation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
- Coordinates branded apparel and materials including bid acquisition, order placement and quality control and inventory management.
- Manages assigned workflows and deliverables within project management platforms to maintain timelines, visibility, and accountability.
- Compiles, formats, and maintains performance data to support recurring reports and communication insights.

QUALIFICATION
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and modern workplace collaboration tools.

- Familiarity with social media management, scheduling tools, and performance metrics.
